If anyone has experience fixing small engines please respond. My pressure washer will not start. I gave it a tune up 4 weeks ago and started no problem. It’s an Excell model# VR2522, 5.5 horse with 2,500 psi. It’s usually very reliable but for reasons unknown it simply will not start. I could use some advice, thanks very much if anyone can help.

i have worked on some pressure washers and some will not run or start if the pressure chamber were the water pump is has been compromised with air in the chamber over heating – as long as there has always been water pressurized in the system before start up -this shouldnt be a problem – i would of course check the spark -thats obvious – make double sure no water got mixed with the gas or it could be bad gas from the gas station – does it even sputter or try to start -or just dead moter no start
