i have worked on some pressure washers and some will not run or start if the pressure chamber were the water pump is has been compromised with air in the chamber over heating - as long as there has always been water pressurized in the system before start up -this shouldnt be a problem - i would of course check the spark -thats obvious - make double sure no water got mixed with the gas or it could be bad gas from the gas station - does it even sputter or try to start -or just dead moter no start

Power washer is the way to go, you may need to loosen it by adding a cleaner product and let ist soak in somewhat then power wash it entirely.
good luck.....
Or....if you havent had the lot resealed in a while, have a sealer laid down and the entire lot will look great and all one dark shade of black!

the one thing that works good is heavy traffic and winter and time, these are difficult to remove quickly a power washer will likely work as long as the person is experienced and does not destryo the asphalt in the process, do not use any oil or gas or anything that can ruin the ashpalt or it will look really bad. And figure out who is doing this and put a stop to it. If you have to put up a security camera or get someone to watch at night and a good black and white camera with night vision or ad some lights to the parking lot and get some pictures on tape of the num nuts and have the cops arrest them and let them clean up the mess they made.

alright, lets start with easy stuff;
I know you said you did, but Make sure there is gas in the tank, make sure it is primed and ready.

Check the air filter, Sometimes if it gets super clogged, or a rodent got in there or something it'll prevent the engine from running. Remove the Airfilter.

Check your oil, I know you said you did but humor me.

Check the spark plug, remove it, inspect the end make sure it looks fine, if you see anything odd, google it. Put the plug back in, and make sure the wire snaps on the end of the plug.

Give it a go.

If that didn't work
Since your airfilter is still off, buy some starting fluid, or just put gas inside of the carb. then give that a go, if it starts, and then runs, your good to go, if it starts, then stops afterwords that means the problem is in the fuel connection. check the fuel lines/filters.

If it didn't start at all, then I would be looking at ignition/engine.

good luck guy.

As seanbate said, do all those things. However, you might have some dirt in the bowel of the carburetor, so drop that off and clean out the dirt in the main jet. Also, the float needle might be stuck closed, so no fuel getting through to the engine.

Use comet or ajax and a scrub brush or heavy duty broom after wetting the area.
Ammonia may work also. The main thing is elbow grease!

Sometimes, my pressure washer is really hard to pull to start. I manage to get it started everytime, but it can be difficult. I have a 2500 PSI Comet pump. Is there a pressure relief valve on it? Thanks for your help
