Long story short there’s a long burnout mark someone left in my parking lot. It looks bad on us when clients come by and see it. What’s the best way to remove all or even a little bit of the tire tracks? I heard using a power-washer works great. Any other suggestions?

I painted the garage with water based white pant. When I washed the brushes outside, the paint mixed with water ran over the road and the pavement. We live in a planned community – so I am responsible for maintaining the pavement.
How do I get the paint off the pavement and the road? What is the easiest way?
Some one said use a power washer – if that is the answer – then please suggest where to buy / rent one.
It’s a large porton of the road, so wondering if there is any easy solution? How about some pain remover chemical (Hydrogen peroxoid)?
